About Robert Biles

Robert Biles, Wicked Graphics owner-operator, started his career in the printing industry in 1995 as a delivery driver. Driven to learn and succeed at whatever task, he worked his way up from driver to running the press room, then ultimately promoted to run the entire large-format print division.

Robert has focused his 25 years expanding his knowledge and subject-matter expertise while keeping his primary focus on customer service.  As the print industry evolved, Robert became concerned that the customer service to all but the largest companies and accounts was being overlooked.

He listened to his customers' feedback and understood their frustration. To address these concerns and bring integrity back to representing the small-business community's needs, Robert opened Wicked Graphics, LLC in the fall of 2020.

His commitment is to focus on high-quality work that meets his customers' expectations, time-frames, and budgets.
